I am giving these gift certificates of up to $1,500 to put towards your "welcome tax" upon the purchase of your new home with Les Entreprises Laurent Labrie. This certificate is only valid through myself. You must present this certificate upon your visit.

How it works:
When you sign your contract, you will witness me putting figures in an envelope, I will then put these in a box and you will pull one. This will be the total amount you will receive to put towards your welcome tax. Minimum is $500. How great would that be?
